Made this slice the other day, twas delightful! Especially if u like peppermint. I love slices, i'm not sure why, i guess coz they're mostly easy to make!

Chocolate Sludge Slice
Base: 125g butter, 1/2 cup sugar, 1 tb golden syrup, 1cup coconut, 1 cup SR flour.
Topping: 60g butter, 1/3 tin condensed milk (130g), 1 cup icing sugar, 1 tb cocoa, 3/4 cup coconut, 1/2 ts peppermint essence.
-Preheat oven 180 degrees. Cream butter and sugar, add syrup, coconut then flour. Press into greased slice tin and bake 20 mins.
-While base is cooking, prepare topping. Melt butter and condensed milk together, then mix in icing sugar, cocoa, coconut and peppermint essence. Pour topping over base while it's still hot and the topping is still warm. Allow to cool before cutting into slices.

Made some delicious Mars Bar Slice last night. Seriously the easiest and yummiest slice to make! My attempt at food photography.... horrible!
